Specialist in civil and family law, commercial and business law, with a particular focus on telecommunications, energy, and antitrust law. He also handles matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and new technologies. Experience and areas of expertise:
- Legal advisor to leading domestic and international enterprises in the field of telecommunications and energy law
- Expert in legal audits of transmission networks and the properties on which they are located
- Counsel in competition and consumer protection cases, as well as litigation counsel in civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings
- Legal advisor to Minister of Finance Leszek Balcerowicz and member of the Public Finance Reform Task Force

- Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 1998
- Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Warsaw Bar Association (2013-2016); co-author of international projects recognized with 2nd and 1st place in the National Bar Council competitions (2014, 2015)
- Participant in legislative work of parliamentary subcommittees and committees

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Completed studies in English Philology (Translation) in 2009. Admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association in 2018. Joined MPiW in 2019.
He specializes in broadly understood family law, matters related to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, criminal law, and inheritance law. He has also successfully assisted clients in cases concerning foreign currency-denominated loans (CHF and USD).
In 2009, he graduated with a degree in English philology, specializing in translation. He provides legal assistance to clients also in English.

Develops her legal career in family, civil, and labour law, assisting clients through both pre-trial and litigation phases. She takes particular interest in protecting the welfare of minors in divorce proceedings, focusing on both legal and practical aspects. Actively supports the team at MPiW, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach to legal matters. Known for her commitment, analytical mindset, and attention to detail in finding optimal legal solutions.

Gabriela Siłka is a fifth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
She has been working with the MPiW law firm since 2023, supporting lawyers in handling cases in the field of civil law, corporate law and labor law. In addition to her activities at MPiW, she is involved as a volunteer in a foundation, where she provides free legal advice.
She is interested in issues related to the protection of personal rights, in particular violations of the good name and dignity of natural persons, as well as violations of the reputation of economic entities.

Registered with the Lublin Bar Association.Assistant lecturer at the Department of Civil Procedure and International Commercial Law, UMCS. Earned a PhD in Law in 2007 with a dissertation on “Execution from a Business.”Former legal associate at Dr Iwona Szpringer’s law office, specialising in legal services for businesses. Co-author of “The Code of Civil Procedure: A Practical Commentary” (ed. A. Jakubecki) and contributor to the “Great Encyclopedia of Law” under the Civil Procedure section (eds. C. Kosikowski, E. Smoktunowicz, M. Sawczuk).
